Noel Malicdem of Robson-Pasig continues to maintain the top spot of the NDFP National Player ranking in the last 7 quarters since the 2nd Quarter of 2017, and remains to be the only player to earn more than 1K ranking points.

The NDFP National Player Ranking is based on the ranking points earned in the latest rolling 2 years performance.  The current National Ranking is based on 101 Open Singles Ranking Events from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2018, coming from 95 Ranking Tournaments with 18.6M total cash prize.

DOT Players are moving up in the standings.  Alexis Toylo of DOT-Gunner is in 2nd place, closing in from 4th spot in the 1stQ 2018 with a 427 point deficit to a mere 192 points behind Malicdem.  Lourence Ilagan of DOT-Gunner resurrected from his nagging medical condition to land in 3rd place, and Michael Viola of DOT-CDO who was not even ranked in January 2017, started 2018 in the 18th spot and is the fastest rising player taking the 6th place.

Dolreich "DJ" Tongcopanon of Robson-Gensan who last topped the National Play Ranking in Q1 of 2017, slid to 4th place followed by his townmate, Lito Peresores of DD Extreme who went down to 5th place.  In 7th place is Donjem Dimaculangan of Robson-Lucena, gaining ground from his 54th spot in January 2017. Christian Perez of Robson-Koronadal, another player who attained the top spot of the National Player Ranking, is breezing along in the top 10. And for the 1st time, Nutz Guba of Iligan City breaks into the top 10 standing in 9th place.
  
The 1st  Quarter 2019 results will see drastic changes in the standings as the much awaited biggest dart tournament, the 7.5M Philippine Open –Tacloban City, unfolds from March 28 to 31, 2019.
