Congratulations to Joel Hizon of Team Pacman for achieving the prestigious title of NDFP National Master after winning three (3) open singles events from national tournaments sanctioned by the National Darts Federation of the Philippines.
Joel won the National Master recognition within four months. After winning the singles championship of the P200K Kadayawan Festival in August 2022, he later won two consecutive championship titles in one weekend – the 200K Munato Festival in Saranggani Province (Nov 25-26), and the 120K UDM Cotabato Dart Masters in Cotabato City (Nov 26-27).
Joel is 49 years old. He moved from Tondo, Manila, and settled in Nabunturan, Davao De Oro after working in Abu Dhabi from 2005 to 2020. Playing darts since 1994, Joel is no stranger to international competitions: he won the WDF Hong Kong open in 2005 and 2007 and finished Top 16 in the 5th Leg of the PDC Asian Tour 2019 in Palo, Leyte. |
